At Bello Carico, customer satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with your order, we've got you covered with a hassle-free return and refund policy.

📦 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
✅ Unworn & Unused
✅ In Original Packaging (with tags attached)
✅ Accompanied by a Receipt or Proof of Purchase

To start a return, email us at info@bellocarico.it with your order details. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Want a different size or color? Simply return your item and place a new order after approval.

🚀 Fast Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or email us.

📍 Return Address & Costs

The return shipping address will be provided via email upon approval. If the return is due to an incorrect item, defect, or damage, we’ll cover shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

🇪🇺 EU 5-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 5 days for any reason. The item must meet the standard return conditions above.
